Description

To reduce deployment cost and time, preassembled pigtails are optionally available. These enable a quicker and easier installation, with no need to organize a fusion splicer and splice box to connect the sensor cable to the DTS. Pigtails are supplied with E2000 8°angled connectors. For safe transportation they are covered with a flexible protective tube when shipped. The pulling sock increases the diameter of the assembly. Therefore the inner diameter of the duct or conduit should be at least 5 cm.

Equipment must be returned within (30) days of the date it was shipped, or made ready for pickup. In order to initiate a return, you must contact our sales team via email at [email protected] to receive an RMA # if it meets all criteria. Products returned after (30) days from our shipment date will be refused. After RMA acceptance, any parts that are returned to FireAlarm.com are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.

New parts must be returned with original packaging, in un-opened, and uninstalled condition. If not, these parts may be subject to increased restocking fees or refusal.
