The Kidde‑Fenwal 84-900001-001 AEGIS-PHX Control Unit is a conventional fire alarm suppression control panel designed for special hazard fire protection applications. The system provides flexible configuration for monitoring initiating devices, controlling notification appliances, and activating agent release circuits for fire suppression systems.

The AEGIS-PHX platform supports a wide range of Kidde fire suppression technologies including clean agent, inert gas, CO₂, wet chemical, and dry chemical systems, making it suitable for industrial facilities, data centers, and other high-value environments requiring automatic fire suppression.

The panel features multiple configurable initiating and release circuits and provides advanced safety logic through the Triple-R redundant release safeguard system, which requires multiple independent signals from the microprocessor before activating a suppression release. This design helps prevent unintended discharges caused by electrical disturbances or transient faults.

The control unit includes a backlit LCD display and keypad interface for system configuration, event logging, and status monitoring. Built-in diagnostics and remote configuration capability help simplify maintenance and troubleshooting, while Ethernet connectivity supports integration with remote monitoring platforms.

Designed for flexibility and retrofit applications, the AEGIS-PHX enclosure allows installation in existing AEGIS system enclosures without replacing the entire cabinet, enabling easier upgrades for legacy suppression systems.

Equipment must be returned within (30) days of the date it was shipped, or made ready for pickup. In order to initiate a return, you must contact our sales team via email at [email protected] to receive an RMA # if it meets all criteria. Products returned after (30) days from our shipment date will be refused. After RMA acceptance, any parts that are returned to FireAlarm.com are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.

New parts must be returned with original packaging, in un-opened, and uninstalled condition. If not, these parts may be subject to increased restocking fees or refusal. Depending on the circumstances of your order, and if you are a long-time customer of FireAlarm.com, other arrangements can be made.
