Description

WES3 Heat Sensors are an essential part of the system, providing crucial sensing both during and outside of working hours for various construction projects. Unlike smoke sensors that detect the presence of smoke particles, heat sensors respond only to changes in temperature. The WES3 Heat Sensor is thermistor-based, using electronic components that change their resistance when heated. This change is detected by the circuitry within the sensor, activating a site-wide alarm.

Return & Cancellation Details

Equipment must be returned within (30) days of the date it was shipped, or made ready for pickup. In order to initiate a return, you must contact our sales team via email at [email protected] to receive an RMA # if it meets all criteria. Products returned after (30) days from our shipment date will be refused. After RMA acceptance, any parts that are returned to FireAlarm.com are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee. New parts must be returned with original packaging, in un-opened, and uninstalled condition. If not, these parts may be subject to increased restocking fees or refusal.
