The VESDA VP-ELB-90 is a 90° elbow fitting designed for use in VESDA aspirating smoke detection (ASD) sampling pipe networks. It allows installers to create directional changes in the CPVC sampling pipe system while maintaining proper airflow characteristics required for reliable aspirating smoke detection performance.

The elbow fitting is part of the VESDA integrated pipe and fittings system engineered specifically for ASD installations. The components are manufactured from specialty CPVC materials chosen for durability, corrosion resistance, and consistent internal airflow characteristics. The smooth interior surfaces help maintain stable air sampling flow rates within the pipe network.

VESDA pipe systems are designed to transport air samples continuously from protected areas to the aspirating smoke detector, enabling extremely early fire detection by identifying combustion particles before visible smoke or flames develop. The VP-ELB-90 fitting supports this system by enabling flexible pipe routing during installation.
