The ceiling mount panoramic DS9360 TriTech® PIR/ Microwave Detector uses several patented processing techniques to provide excellent catch performance with freedom from false alarm. Supervised microwave and PIR sections ensure that the detector is working properly. Field replaceable mirrored optics allows it to be mounted on ceilings from 2.4 m to 5.5 m (8 ft to 18 ft) in height.

Return Details

Equipment must be returned within (30) days of the date it was shipped, or made ready for pickup. In order to initiate a return, you must contact our sales team via email at [email protected] to receive an RMA # if it meets all criteria. Products returned after (30) days from our shipment date will be refused. After RMA acceptance, any parts that are returned to FireAlarm.com are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.

New parts must be returned with original packaging, in un-opened, and uninstalled condition. If not, these parts may be subject to increased restocking fees or refusal. Depending on the circumstances of your order, and if you are a long-time customer of FireAlarm.com, other arrangements can be made.
