Kidde intelligent manual pull stations deliver high-performance features, superb reliability, and consistent quality. They control ancillary equipment and support enhanced signaling functions. They add flexibility and expand options for Kidde intelligent systems.

Kidde designed these pull stations for small buildings. They operate as addressable modules and use familiar rotary switches for device addressing. The system assigns each module a unique identity.

After registration, the pull stations share data and report status updates. The system uses those updates to control system behavior and device interaction.

The FX-278 pull station is a normally open, dry-contact initiating device. It requires two user actions to initiate an alarm. Lift the upper door marked “LIFT THEN PULL HANDLE” to access the alarm handle. Pull the handle to initiate the alarm.

Equipment must be returned within (30) days of the date it was shipped, or made ready for pickup. Products returned after (30) days from our shipment date will be refused. After RMA acceptance, any parts that are returned to FireAlarm.com are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.

New parts must be returned with original packaging, in un-opened, and uninstalled condition. If not, these parts may be subject to increased restocking fees or refusal.
