Description

The Simplex 4098-9747 is a CORC (CO Replacement Cartridge) designed for use with Simplex TrueAlarm CO sensor bases. It provides field-replaceable carbon monoxide sensing capability for 4098-9770 and 4098-9771 CO sensor bases when the original CO sensing element reaches end-of-life.

The CO sensor element is housed within the base and is easily accessible by removing the interchangeable sensor head. Removal of the sensor head initiates a trouble condition for tamper monitoring.

End-of-life tracking for the CO element is managed by the host fire alarm control panel, with expiration notifications provided in advance to support scheduled maintenance and compliance with UL 2034 and UL 2075 requirements. The 4098-9747 restores full CO sensing functionality without requiring base replacement.

Equipment must be returned within (30) days of the date it was shipped, or made ready for pickup. In order to initiate a return, you must contact our sales team via email at [email protected] to receive an RMA # if it meets all criteria. Products returned after (30) days from our shipment date will be refused. After RMA acceptance, any parts that are returned to FireAlarm.com are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.

New parts must be returned with original packaging, in un-opened, and uninstalled condition. If not, these parts may be subject to increased restocking fees or refusal. Depending on the circumstances of your order, and if you are a long-time customer of FireAlarm.com, other arrangements can be made.
