The MR-199 Series Heavy Duty Power Relays are designed for control applications where 30A DPDT contacts are required. Two models are available: the MR-199X-13, a 24VDC coil, and the MR-199X-14, a 120VAC coil. Both models may be ordered in a rugged steel enclosure.

Return Details

Equipment must be returned within (30) days of the date it was shipped, or made ready for pickup. In order to initiate a return, you must contact our sales team via email at [email protected] to receive an RMA # if it meets all criteria. Products returned after (30) days from our shipment date will be refused. After RMA acceptance, any parts that are returned to FireAlarm.com are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.

New parts must be returned with original packaging, in un-opened, and uninstalled condition. If not, these parts may be subject to increased restocking fees or refusal. Depending on the circumstances of your order, and if you are a long-time customer of FireAlarm.com, other arrangements can be made.
