The Soteria UL Multi-Criteria Detector (Smoke/Heat) is Apollo’s most advanced detector offering suitable for a wide range of applications. It uses Purelight® high-tech smoke sensing technology to detect smoke particles entering the chamber and is fitted with two thermistors for detecting heat. It can be switched to detect smoke, heat or a combination of both, offering greater flexibility, fast detection and advanced false alarm management.

Return Details

Equipment must be returned within (30) days of the date it was shipped, or made ready for pickup. Products returned after (30) days from our shipment date will be refused. After RMA acceptance, any parts that are returned to FireAlarm.com are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee. New parts must be returned with original packaging, in un-opened, and uninstalled condition. If not, these parts may be subject to increased restocking fees or refusal.
