Description

The MX250 Series Photoelectric Smoke and Smoke and Heat Detectors are low profile detectors for the DS7400Xi Series Control Panels and the DS9400 Series Fire Alarm Control Panels (FACPs). The patented chamber design provides superior immunity to false alarms caused by dust. The detector is designed for use with commercial and household fire warning systems. An LED indicator flashes to verify that the detector has power and the smoke sampling circuitry is functioning. The detector will automatically reset after an alarm condition has been cleared. The detectors work in conjunction with a required base. This provides for ease in replacing the detector head.

Return Details

Equipment must be returned within (30) days of the date it was shipped, or made ready for pickup. In order to initiate a return, you must contact our sales team via email at [email protected] to receive an RMA # if it meets all criteria. Products returned after (30) days from our shipment date will be refused. After RMA acceptance, any parts that are returned to FireAlarm.com are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.

New parts must be returned with original packaging, in un-opened, and uninstalled condition. If not, these parts may be subject to increased restocking fees or refusal. Depending on the circumstances of your order, and if you are a long-time customer of FireAlarm.com, other arrangements can be made.
