• The agent cylinders and the wheeled model frames have a galvanizing compound undercoat, baked-on enamel top coat, and protective clear coat finish to prevent corrosion and fading from exposure to sun & sea – passes 3000 hour salt spray test.
• All nameplate labels have UV resistant lamination to prevent sun damage.
• Plated brass guard around the pressure gauge and a vinyl ring on the cylinder bottom of the hand portable extinguishers prevent the kind of damage that would deep-six any other fire extinguisher.
• Meets DOT and Transport Canada requirements.
• UL and ULC Listed with the same high fire ratings of Buckeye’s standard models.
