Description
The Edwards EST SIGA-CT1 is an intelligent analog addressable single input module designed to connect one Class B normally open dry contact initiating device circuit (IDC) to a Signature Series signaling line circuit (SLC).
The module gathers analog information from connected initiating devices and converts it into digital signals for processing by the Signature loop controller. Its operation is defined by a selectable “personality code” downloaded from the loop controller during configuration. Supported applications include alarm, delayed alarm (retard) for waterflow, supervisory, and monitor functions.
Electronic addressing is assigned automatically by the loop controller or via the SIGA-PRO service tool—no rotary switches or DIP switches are required. The module mounts in standard North American 1-gang or 4-inch square electrical boxes and features on-board green (normal) and red (alarm/active) LEDs.
