Description

The Fike 55-051 IR Tool is a hand-held infrared remote control designed to communicate with compatible System Sensor Eclipse devices used in Fike CyberCat and Cheetah Xi fire alarm systems. It enables technicians to read and write device configuration data directly at the device level using infrared communication.

The IR Tool allows users to read device information including device type, loop, address, and sensitivity. It also supports writing loop, address, branch, and service date information, as well as initiating walk tests and device tests. The unit features a 16-character liquid crystal display and a 17-button keypad for field programming and diagnostics.

The tool operates on two AA batteries (not included) and provides a communication range of up to 30 feet under typical conditions.

Equipment must be returned within (30) days of the date it was shipped, or made ready for pickup. In order to initiate a return, you must contact our sales team via email at [email protected] to receive an RMA # if it meets all criteria. Products returned after (30) days from our shipment date will be refused. After RMA acceptance, any parts that are returned to FireAlarm.com are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.

New parts must be returned with original packaging, in un-opened, and uninstalled condition. If not, these parts may be subject to increased restocking fees or refusal. Depending on the circumstances of your order, and if you are a long-time customer of FireAlarm.com, other arrangements can be made.
