The GSS/GSPK Commander 5 Series is an universal ceiling and wall mount speaker or speaker/strobe combination designed for audio and voice communications. The high fidelity speaker is tested to a wide frequency range of 315Hz to 5000Hz, exceeding the UL1480 requirements. The GSS/GSPK Series offers both dependable evacuation signaling and visual alarms or a combination of both. The GSS/GSPK devices are listed to ANSI/UL 1638, ANSI/UL 1480 and CAN/ULC 526 and/or CAN/ULC 541 and warranted for 3 years from the date of purchase.

Equipment must be returned within (30) days of the date it was shipped, or made ready for pickup. In order to initiate a return, you must contact our sales team via email at [email protected] to receive an RMA # if it meets all criteria. Products returned after (30) days from our shipment date will be refused. After RMA acceptance, any parts that are returned to FireAlarm.com are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.

New parts must be returned with original packaging, in un-opened, and uninstalled condition. If not, these parts may be subject to increased restocking fees or refusal. Depending on the circumstances of your order, and if you are a long-time customer of FireAlarm.com, other arrangements can be made.
