The Kidde 20SAR-VRF is a hardwired smoke alarm designed to provide residential smoke detection while supporting both traditional wired interconnection and Kidde Wire-Free Interconnect technology. This hybrid communication capability allows compatible hardwired and wireless Kidde alarms to operate together, extending whole-home notification into areas where interconnect wiring may not be present.
