The 9-10928 patress sampling point assembly provides a ceiling mounted capillary sampling point for indoor aspirating smoke detection systems. The assembly includes a 27 mm diameter T union and a 1 m flexible sample pipe with a 10 mm outer diameter. The sampling point mounts to a false ceiling with two screws.

Return Details

Equipment must be returned within (30) days of the date it was shipped, or made ready for pickup. In order to initiate a return, you must contact our sales team via email at [email protected] to receive an RMA # if it meets all criteria. Products returned after (30) days from our shipment date will be refused. After RMA acceptance, any parts that are returned to FireAlarm.com are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.

New parts must be returned with original packaging, in un-opened, and uninstalled condition. If not, these parts may be subject to increased restocking fees or refusal. Depending on the circumstances of your order, and if you are a long-time customer of FireAlarm.com, other arrangements can be made.
