Description

Now available with the electronic Knox eLock Core, the Electronic Knox Residential Box was developed to secure residential entrance keys for fire, police and medical emergency access to gated communities, single-family residences, and apartment complexes. A door-hanging bracket version of the Electronic Knox Residential Box was developed to conveniently permit emergency medical access during temporary convalescence. Boxes openings are recorded and tracked in the cloud-based KnoxConnect Management System.

Return Details

Equipment must be returned within (30) days of the date it was shipped, or made ready for pickup. In order to initiate a return, you must contact our sales team via email at [email protected] to receive an RMA # if it meets all criteria. Products returned after (30) days from our shipment date will be refused. After RMA acceptance, any parts that are returned to FireAlarm.com are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.

New parts must be returned with original packaging, in un-opened, and uninstalled condition. If not, these parts may be subject to increased restocking fees or refusal. Depending on the circumstances of your order, and if you are a long-time customer of FireAlarm.com, other arrangements can be made.
