Description

The RSG DHBBC is a surface mount back box designed for use with RSG DH Series electromagnetic fire door holders. It provides a mounting enclosure that allows door holder units to be installed on surfaces where recessed mounting is not possible or practical.

Constructed to support secure installation of electromagnetic door holders, the DHBBC back box ensures proper alignment and mechanical stability for the door holding magnet assembly. It is commonly used in fire door applications where doors must remain open under normal conditions but release automatically during a fire alarm event.

The back box is designed to work with compatible DH Series door holder models and supports standard installation configurations used in commercial and institutional buildings.

Return Details

Equipment must be returned within (30) days of the date it was shipped, or made ready for pickup. In order to initiate a return, you must contact our sales team via email at [email protected] to receive an RMA # if it meets all criteria. Products returned after (30) days from our shipment date will be refused. After RMA acceptance, any parts that are returned to FireAlarm.com are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.

New parts must be returned with original packaging, in un-opened, and uninstalled condition. If not, these parts may be subject to increased restocking fees or refusal. Depending on the circumstances of your order, and if you are a long-time customer of FireAlarm.com, other arrangements can be made.
