Siemens ─ Fire Safety battery sets are manufactured by major suppliers of batteries, such as: Leoch, Werker, Johnson Controls, Yuasa Batteries, Inc. and EaglePicher Technologies, LLC.

As the manufacturers improve the design of their batteries, the amp-hour rating will increase. However, the dimensions of the batteries will remain the same to ensure proper fit in the system enclosures, as specified.

If the system enclosure does not house the required battery set, use the Model BB-55 Battery Box: [Datasheet #3326].

Model BB-55 can house any of the available battery sets.

Equipment must be returned within (30) days of the date it was shipped, or made ready for pickup. In order to initiate a return, you must contact our sales team via email at [email protected] to receive an RMA # if it meets all criteria. Products returned after (30) days from our shipment date will be refused. After RMA acceptance, any parts that are returned to FireAlarm.com are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.

New parts must be returned with original packaging, in un-opened, and uninstalled condition. If not, these parts may be subject to increased restocking fees or refusal. Depending on the circumstances of your order, and if you are a long-time customer of FireAlarm.com, other arrangements can be made.
