Description

Model FTO2023-U3 is a programmable Switch Control Module with 24 Switches with LEDs. The FTO2023-U3 Switch Modules can be used for status indication as well as for control functions, bypasses, walk tests, voice functionality, smoke control, and much more. The Switch Control module can be installed in a Cerberus PRO Fire Alarm Control Panel (Model FC922 / FC924), in a Cerberus PRO Intelligent Voice Communication System (Model FV922 / FV924) and in a Cerberus PRO Voice Remote Microphone Station (Model VR2005-U3) for activation of fire / voice functions.

Return Details

Equipment must be returned within (30) days of the date it was shipped, or made ready for pickup. In order to initiate a return, you must contact our sales team via email at [email protected] to receive an RMA # if it meets all criteria. Products returned after (30) days from our shipment date will be refused. After RMA acceptance, any parts that are returned to FireAlarm.com are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.

New parts must be returned with original packaging, in un-opened, and uninstalled condition. If not, these parts may be subject to increased restocking fees or refusal. Depending on the circumstances of your order, and if you are a long-time customer of FireAlarm.com, other arrangements can be made.
