Description
The Siemens Model SDH-7 Series fire-door holder is for use with heavy-swinging, sliding-fire and smoke-barriers doors. Each unit consists of an electromagnet holding unit, an angle bracket, a latch unit, and door brackets. The holding unit, which has a light-gray, hammer-enamel finish, is equipped with a test switch. Mounting brackets are heavy-gauge, cadmium-plated steel. The device has a holding force of approximately 120 lbs. (Anchorage to supporting wall must be capable of withstanding 160 pounds pull.) Model SDH-7A is rated at 120VAC.
