These NEMA 3R and 4X rated multi-tone horn and strobe devices are designed for both indoor and outdoor applications and are operational at a temperature range of -40° C to 66° C (-40° F to 150° F). Ideal for mass notification and emergency evacuation, the multi-tone notification appliances can be field-set to produce any one (1) of eight (8) standard fire alarm signaling tones. Sound outputs can be adjusted to either ‘High’ (HI) dBA or ‘Standard’ (STD) dBA via selectable volume settings. These multi-tone devices are operational with regulated 24DC (16-33VDC) and regulated 24FWR (16-33VRMS) voltage input.

Return Details

Equipment must be returned within (30) days of the date it was shipped, or made ready for pickup. In order to initiate a return, you must contact our sales team via email at [email protected] to receive an RMA # if it meets all criteria. Products returned after (30) days from our shipment date will be refused. After RMA acceptance, any parts that are returned to FireAlarm.com are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.

New parts must be returned with original packaging, in un-opened, and uninstalled condition. If not, these parts may be subject to increased restocking fees or refusal. Depending on the circumstances of your order, and if you are a long-time customer of FireAlarm.com, other arrangements can be made.
