Siemens is offering a weatherproof version of speakers and speaker-strobes in the ‘SL2’ product line of sophisticated notification appliances. These NEMA 3R and 4X rated speaker and speaker-strobe devices are designed for both indoor and outdoor use and are apt for wall or ceiling mount applications. These SL2 weatherproof appliances are compatible with Siemens fire-alarm control panels (FACPs), Siemens dual-sync control (DSC) modules and Siemens power supplies (PAD-3/-4/-5). The high-efficiency speakers have a frequency range of 400-4000Hz. The speaker and speaker-strobe devices are available with dual-voltage capability (25/70.7 VRMS) and field selectable power taps from 1/8W to 8W for high quality audio outputs ideal for emergency communication, mass notification, voice evacuation and fire alarm. The strobe portion of these appliances meets the 20-millisecond light-pulse-duration requirements of NFPA 72 (2016 edition).

Equipment must be returned within (30) days of the date it was shipped, or made ready for pickup. Products returned after (30) days from our shipment date will be refused. After RMA acceptance, any parts that are returned to FireAlarm.com are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.

New parts must be returned with original packaging, in un-opened, and uninstalled condition. If not, these parts may be subject to increased restocking fees or refusal.
