Description

The Silent Knight SK-PULL-DA Intelligent Pull Station is a dual-action manual initiating device designed for use with compatible Silent Knight addressable fire alarm control panels. The station requires two actions—push then pull—to activate, helping prevent accidental operation while providing reliable manual alarm initiation.

When activated, the handle latches in the down position and displays the word “ACTIVATED”, providing a clear visual indication that the station has been operated. The fire alarm control panel identifies the exact device address, allowing responders to quickly locate the alarm source within the building.

The station includes a bi-color LED indicator visible through the handle. The LED flashes green during normal communication with the control panel and turns steady red when the station is in alarm. The station can be reset and tested using a key-operated lock mechanism without causing an alarm condition during maintenance.

Constructed from durable LEXAN polycarbonate, the SK-PULL-DA meets ADA accessibility requirements and includes Braille text on the handle to assist users with visual impairments. The device supports surface or semi-flush mounting using compatible backboxes or trim accessories.

Return Details

Equipment must be returned within (30) days of the date it was shipped, or made ready for pickup. In order to initiate a return, you must contact our sales team via email at [email protected] to receive an RMA # if it meets all criteria. Products returned after (30) days from our shipment date will be refused. After RMA acceptance, any parts that are returned to FireAlarm.com are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.

New parts must be returned with original packaging, in un-opened, and uninstalled condition. If not, these parts may be subject to increased restocking fees or refusal. Depending on the circumstances of your order, and if you are a long-time customer of FireAlarm.com, other arrangements can be made.
