The Simplex 4099-9006 is an individually addressable manual fire alarm station designed for use with Simplex IDNet or MAPNET II communications systems. This model features double-action push operation, requiring the operator to push a spring-loaded interference plate before pulling the lever to initiate an alarm.
The integral addressable module (IAM) continuously monitors status and communicates changes to the connected Simplex fire alarm control panel over a single pair of wires. A visible LED indicator flashes during communications and remains steady when activated. The pull lever latches in the alarm position and protrudes from the housing to provide a clear visual indication.
The 4099-9006 is constructed of durable Lexan polycarbonate, supports surface or semi-flush mounting, and is UL listed to Standard 38. It is NEMA 1 rated when used with the appropriate back box.
