The System Sensor 2W-B is a conventional 2-wire photoelectric smoke detector from the i3™ Series, designed for ease of installation, intelligent maintenance features, and visual status indication.
The detector includes a mounting base and supports plug-in installation with Stop-Drop ’N Lock™ attachment. It features drift compensation and smoothing algorithms to reduce nuisance alarms, and wide-angle dual-color LEDs for clear visual status indication (power, normal, alarm, out-of-sensitivity).
When used with the 2W-MOD2 loop test/maintenance module or compatible i3 protocol panels, the 2W-B supports remote maintenance signaling and EZ Walk loop testing functionality.
