The System Sensor P2RK is a SpectrAlert Advance outdoor 2-wire horn strobe designed for wall-mount audible and visible fire alarm notification. It is weatherproof per NEMA 4X and IP56 and is listed for use in wet and outdoor environments from –40°F to 151°F.
The P2RK features field-selectable standard candela settings and a rotary switch for horn tone and volume adjustment. It supports both 12V and 24V nominal operation (automatic selection at 15 and 15/75 cd) and is compatible with the System Sensor synchronization protocol as well as legacy SpectrAlert products.
The device includes a universal mounting plate with an onboard shorting spring to verify wiring continuity prior to final device installation. The plug-in design with a single captured screw simplifies installation and reduces the risk of ground faults. The P2RK ships with a plastic weatherproof back box for outdoor applications.
