Description

The MCP820 Addressable Manual Call Point is suitable for indoor applications. As supplied, it is suitable for flush mounting. A surface mounting back box is available separately. The MCP820 is designed to monitor and signal the condition of a switch contact that is operated by breaking a plastic coated glass frangible element (flexible plastic option available). Any change in the status of the switch is immediately communicated to the Tyco MX Control and Indicating Equipment (CIE).

Return Details

Equipment must be returned within (30) days of the date it was shipped, or made ready for pickup. In order to initiate a return, you must contact our sales team via email at [email protected] to receive an RMA # if it meets all criteria. Products returned after (30) days from our shipment date will be refused. After RMA acceptance, any parts that are returned to FireAlarm.com are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.

New parts must be returned with original packaging, in un-opened, and uninstalled condition. If not, these parts may be subject to increased restocking fees or refusal. Depending on the circumstances of your order, and if you are a long-time customer of FireAlarm.com, other arrangements can be made.
