The VESDA Gen 2 Power supply models (VPS-100US-UL and VPS-300US-UL) are capable of providing operating power including battery backup for the entire VESDA Laser and VESDA-E smoke detectors, in addition to other Xtralis compatible devices listed below. The VPS-100US-UL has been designed to power a single unit to multiple units depending on application needs. It provides 24 volt operating power to the system as well as a battery charger function which supervises and maintains the standby batteries.

Return Details

Equipment must be returned within (30) days of the date it was shipped, or made ready for pickup. In order to initiate a return, you must contact our sales team via email at [email protected] to receive an RMA # if it meets all criteria. Products returned after (30) days from our shipment date will be refused. After RMA acceptance, any parts that are returned to FireAlarm.com are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.

New parts must be returned with original packaging, in un-opened, and uninstalled condition. If not, these parts may be subject to increased restocking fees or refusal. Depending on the circumstances of your order, and if you are a long-time customer of FireAlarm.com, other arrangements can be made.
