Description

The VESDA VSP-962 is a field-replaceable filter cartridge designed for use with VESDA-E VEP, VEU, and VES aspirating smoke detectors. It provides coarse particle filtration to protect the optical detection chamber and maintain long-term detection performance. The cartridge cannot be cleaned and must be replaced when required. VESDA-E detectors incorporate smart on-board filter monitoring that tracks dust accumulation and remaining filter life to support predictive maintenance.

Equipment must be returned within (30) days of the date it was shipped, or made ready for pickup. In order to initiate a return, you must contact our sales team via email at [email protected] to receive an RMA # if it meets all criteria. Products returned after (30) days from our shipment date will be refused. After RMA acceptance, any parts that are returned to FireAlarm.com are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.

New parts must be returned with original packaging, in un-opened, and uninstalled condition. If not, these parts may be subject to increased restocking fees or refusal. Depending on the circumstances of your order, and if you are a long-time customer of FireAlarm.com, other arrangements can be made.
