The Viking 09804MC/W is a concealed sprinkler cover plate assembly designed for use with compatible Viking concealed pendent sprinklers. Installed flush with the ceiling or wall, the cover plate provides a clean, low-profile appearance while protecting the concealed sprinkler until activation.

The cover plate assembly attaches to the concealed sprinkler after system installation and finish work is completed. It typically uses a push-on design that allows easy installation and removal for maintenance. During a fire condition, the soldered temperature-sensitive element in the cover plate releases at its rated temperature, allowing the cover to detach and expose the sprinkler for activation.

Equipment must be returned within (30) days of the date it was shipped, or made ready for pickup. In order to initiate a return, you must contact our sales team via email at [email protected] to receive an RMA # if it meets all criteria. Products returned after (30) days from our shipment date will be refused. After RMA acceptance, any parts that are returned to FireAlarm.com are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.

New parts must be returned with original packaging, in un-opened, and uninstalled condition. If not, these parts may be subject to increased restocking fees or refusal. Depending on the circumstances of your order, and if you are a long-time customer of FireAlarm.com, other arrangements can be made.
