The Viking 23190MA/W is a concealed sprinkler cover plate assembly designed for use with compatible Viking concealed residential and commercial sprinklers. This flat, low-profile cover installs flush with the ceiling to provide a clean architectural appearance while protecting the concealed sprinkler until activation.

Rated at 135°F (57°C), the cover plate detaches under fire conditions as the surrounding temperature approaches its rating, allowing the sprinkler to operate as designed. The 23190 series is available in multiple finishes; the “M-/W” suffix designates a painted white finish. This model is compatible with a range of Viking concealed sprinkler models as specified in Viking Technical Data Form F_040600.

Equipment must be returned within (30) days of the date it was shipped, or made ready for pickup. In order to initiate a return, you must contact our sales team via email at [email protected] to receive an RMA # if it meets all criteria. Products returned after (30) days from our shipment date will be refused. After RMA acceptance, any parts that are returned to FireAlarm.com are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.

New parts must be returned with original packaging, in un-opened, and uninstalled condition. If not, these parts may be subject to increased restocking fees or refusal. Depending on the circumstances of your order, and if you are a long-time customer of FireAlarm.com, other arrangements can be made.
