Description

The Simplex 4905-9931 is a TrueAlert adapter plate designed to mount compatible Simplex TrueAlert addressable and non-addressable wall-mount notification appliances to an existing Simplex 2975-9145 electrical box.

This adapter plate allows surface or semi-flush installation of supported 4901 Horn, 4903 Audible/Visible, and 4904 Strobe appliances. The plate supports both vertical and horizontal mounting orientations and can be rotated to meet installation requirements.

The 4905-9931 simplifies retrofit projects by adapting legacy 2975-9145 backboxes to accept TrueAlert notification devices without replacing the existing box. It is not intended for humid-application installations.

Equipment must be returned within (30) days of the date it was shipped, or made ready for pickup. In order to initiate a return, you must contact our sales team via email at [email protected] to receive an RMA # if it meets all criteria. Products returned after (30) days from our shipment date will be refused. After RMA acceptance, any parts that are returned to FireAlarm.com are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.

New parts must be returned with original packaging, in un-opened, and uninstalled condition. If not, these parts may be subject to increased restocking fees or refusal. Depending on the circumstances of your order, and if you are a long-time customer of FireAlarm.com, other arrangements can be made.
