The Gamewell-FCI AOM-2SF Addressable Output Relay Supervised Control Module is part of the Velociti Series of intelligent addressable devices used with compatible Gamewell-FCI fire alarm control panels. The module allows the control panel to switch and supervise external circuits, such as notification appliance circuits or auxiliary power supplies.
The AOM-2SF can control external loads such as DC power supplies or audio amplifiers up to 80 VRMS, enabling activation of connected notification devices. The module continuously supervises the connected circuit wiring and reports its status back to the control panel, identifying conditions such as normal operation, open circuits, or short circuits.
The module communicates over the Velociti high-speed signaling line circuit (SLC) protocol, which improves communication response time between addressable devices and the fire alarm control panel. Devices operate in grouped polling sequences, allowing the system to quickly identify and respond to device status changes.
Designed for flexible installation, the module mounts inside a 4-inch square electrical box (2-1/8 inch deep) and includes a panel-controlled LED indicator that flashes during communication and lights steady during activation.
