The ‘SL2SPW’ and ‘SL2SPSW’- Series Wall-Mount appliances and the ‘SL2SPC’ and ‘SL2SPSC’- Series Ceiling-Mount appliances, offer an additional range of low and high Candela settings that makes these sophisticated notification appliances ideal for easy installation (pre-wired mounting plate) and retrofit applications.

Return Details

Equipment must be returned within (30) days of the date it was shipped, or made ready for pickup. In order to initiate a return, you must contact our sales team via email at [email protected] to receive an RMA # if it meets all criteria. Products returned after (30) days from our shipment date will be refused. After RMA acceptance, any parts that are returned to FireAlarm.com are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.

New parts must be returned with original packaging, in un-opened, and uninstalled condition. If not, these parts may be subject to increased restocking fees or refusal. Depending on the circumstances of your order, and if you are a long-time customer of FireAlarm.com, other arrangements can be made.
