Description

The Simplex 4098-9757 is a QuickConnect2 TrueAlarm addressable analog photoelectric smoke sensor designed for use with compatible Simplex IDNet fire alarm control panels. It integrates TrueAlarm photoelectric sensing with IDNet two-wire communications in a compact plug-in assembly.

The control panel maintains and monitors the selected sensitivity level, automatically compensating for environmental conditions such as dust and component aging. The sensor supports detailed status reporting, sensitivity monitoring compliant with NFPA 72 testing requirements, and automatic calibration checks performed once per minute.

The 4098-9757 installs into a required 4098-9788 mounting base (ordered separately) and supports ceiling or wall mounting. An integral red LED provides status indication (pulsing for normal, steady for alarm or trouble), controlled by the panel.

Equipment must be returned within (30) days of the date it was shipped, or made ready for pickup. Products returned after (30) days from our shipment date will be refused. After RMA acceptance, any parts that are returned to FireAlarm.com are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.

New parts must be returned with original packaging, in un-opened, and uninstalled condition. If not, these parts may be subject to increased restocking fees or refusal. Depending on the circumstances of your order, and if you are a long-time customer of FireAlarm.com, other arrangements can be made.
