You must contact our sales team via email at [email protected] to initiate your return and receive an RMA # if it meets all criteria. Products returned after 30 days from our shipment date will be refused. After RMA acceptance, any parts that are returned to FireAlarm.com are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee. New parts must be returned with original packaging, in un-opened, and uninstalled condition. If not, these parts may be subject to increased restocking fees or refusal. Depending on the circumstances of your order, and if you are a long-time customer of FireAlarm.com, other arrangements can be made.
Refurbished Parts: Replacement of any faulty or non-working refurbished parts is based on availability. If there are no replacements available, our standard 30 day warranty applies.
Used Parts: There is no typical warranty on Used parts, however, please email our sales team at [email protected] and we will deal with these on a case-by-case basis.
Warranty: FireAlarm.com offers a one (1) year guarantee that any of its NEW products are free from any defects in workmanship and materials that would prevent the products from performing as intended under normal use and services. If any returned product is found by FireAlarm.com inspection to be detective in workmanship or materials, FireAlarm.com will replace it or repair it, at FireAlarm.com’s discretion, at no charge. If inspection by FireAlarm.com does not reveal any defect covered by this guarantee, the equipment will be replaced or repaired and FireAlarm.com’s regular service charges will apply. All “special ordered” or “non-stock” parts are nonreturnable. Other warranties will be established based upon matching the manufacturer’s own length of warranty. This warranty does not apply in case of mishandling, abuse, unauthorized repair or “Acts of God.” With the exception of the preceding statements, FireAlarm.com makes no other warranties, expressed or implied.
Warranty Claim Procedure: Any problem or failure with purchased or repaired equipment must first be reported to one of our sales team members at [email protected], before the item can be returned to FireAlarm.com. Returning any product without prior authorization and an RMA # will automatically void the warranty.
