What Are Your Lead Times?

FireAlarm.com works with a variety of manufacturers, distributors, and sources to get you the parts you need as soon as possible. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays, and may ship in multiple shipments as products become available. During high-volume periods, processing may take additional time. Expedited options may be available for an additional cost.

Our site uses three lead-time notes:

  1. “Please Call for Availability”: We’ve sourced this unit before, but we need to confirm the latest ETA and pricing with our manufacturer before we can give you concrete information.
  2. “Estimated [quantity] Days/Weeks”: The units should be available from one of our warehouses, our manufacturer sources, or both. Our standard 6 to 8 business day processing time applies, as each unit goes through our verification process at our main Hub in New York before shipping.
  3. “In Stock”: Available in one of our local warehouses or OEM partner warehouses. Our standard 6 to 8 business day processing time applies. Expedited options may be available for an additional cost.
