What if My Order Is Missing, Damaged or Wrong?

My order has not arrived

Please use the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email or log into your account. If the tracking status shows “not delivered” without any recent updates, please contact our customer service team. We’ll coordinate with the carrier to locate your package as quickly as possible.

If the tracking status indicates “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please wait before taking further action, as packages can sometimes be marked as delivered prematurely.

My order is damaged

We do our best to ensure everything arrives in perfect condition, but occasionally, mishaps can happen.

If both the packaging and the items inside are damaged, we will require you to send an email to [email protected] with photos of the damaged items and packaging to process your request. Make sure to include as many details as possible.

My order is incorrect or items appear defective

Please reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible so we can address any missing, incorrect, or defective items. We’re dedicated to resolving these issues as quickly as we can.
