How do I cancel?

Log in to your FireAlarm.com account, go to account settings, and select “Cancel Membership”. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You keep access until then.

Will I get a refund if I cancel mid-month?

No. We do not issue refunds or prorated credits for partial months, except where required by law. You will keep access through the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for.

Will I get confirmation that I canceled?

Yes. We’ll email you a cancellation confirmation. If you don’t see one within 24 hours, contact [email protected]

What if I disagree with a charge?

Please email [email protected] first so we can resolve it directly. If you initiate a chargeback with your bank before contacting us, we may terminate your Membership and decline to reinstate it.
