How to Update Your Password

Follow these steps:

1. In My Account, select “Dashboard“.
2. Click on the link “edit your password and account details“.
3. Use the form to update your information. Enter your current password, followed by your new password.
4. Once you have filled out the required fields, select Save changes.

Reset Your Password

If you’ve forgotten your password and can’t log in to your account, select “Lost your password” on the login screen. Enter in your username or email address. You will receive a link to create a new password via email. Follow the instructions outlined in the email to reset your password.
