When Will I Receive My Refund?

Refunds are available within 30 days of the invoice date only. After 30 calendar days, all sales are final.

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within [14–30] business days to your original payment method, less any applicable restocking fees (25%), manufacturer fees, or shipping charges. No deductions apply for confirmed defects, shipping damage, or incorrect items shipped by us.

Timing by payment method:

• Credit/debit card: Allow an additional 5 to 10 business days for your bank to post the credit.
• PayPal: Processed to your original PayPal account.
• Wire transfer: Issued as store credit unless you request a wire return ($30 domestic / $60 international fee applies).
• Check: We do not issue refunds by check. Refunds for check-paid orders are issued via ACH/wire transfer or store credit.
