The STI-1229 is for smaller strobe units of the new generation of fire signal appliances. It is a weatherproof cover for surface mount applications which can be used in wet or hose down areas (such as kitchens, cafeterias, meat packaging plants, showers, outdoors, etc.).

Return Details

Equipment must be returned within (30) days of the date it was shipped, or made ready for pickup. In order to initiate a return, you must contact our sales team via email at [email protected] to receive an RMA # if it meets all criteria. Products returned after (30) days from our shipment date will be refused. After RMA acceptance, any parts that are returned to FireAlarm.com are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee. New parts must be returned with original packaging, in un-opened, and uninstalled condition. If not, these parts may be subject to increased restocking fees or refusal.
