The Model C Control Valves are a series of patented, robust and reliable deluge and pre‐action, angle positioned, pilotcontrol valve created entirely in stainless steel (AISI 316L), capable of functioning under harsh conditions and designed to be connected to systems where no corrosion is allowed.
The Model C Control Valves features smaller external trim than other conventional control valves, making the valves cost‐effective and easy to install and greatly diminishing the spatial requirements of the control valve.
The Model C Control Valve has been designed with the intention of being installed in Fike’s DuraQUENCH water mist system in commercial and industrial applications. Because of the stainless steel housing and internal components, the Model C Control Valves are highly applicable in most areas. The valves can easily be disassembled for maintenance and refurbishment.
The Model C Control Valves are activated through the use of a solenoid valve placed on the valve trim. Manual activation can also be achieved by opening the ball valve on the valve trim.
The Model C‐EL‐PA pre‐action and electrically controlled valve has been designed for operating in closed, dry systems as a zone valve.
