FireAlarm.com has numerous maintenance options available such as our Smoke Detector MATCH! Service. The maintenance inspection, testing & documentation of Fire Alarm Systems is mandatory twice annually (Semi-Annually). The following represents total annual maintenance costs.

- MEDIUM COMMERCIAL BUILDING 20,000 – 25,000 sq. ft.: $6,272.00
- LARGE COMMERCIAL BUILDING 60,000 – 75,000 sq. ft. (office + warehouse): $15,680.00
- LOW-RISE COMMERCIAL OR RESIDENTIAL BUILDING (Less than 75ft above the finished floor outside; approx. less than 6 floors; 40,000 sq. ft.): $18,816.00
- HIGH-RISE COMMERCIAL OR RESIDENTIAL BUILDING (More than 75ft above the finished floor outside; approx. 6+ floors; 50,000 or more sq. ft.): $37,632.00
