Description

The Signature Series Model SIGA-PHS Intelligent 3D Multisensor Detector gathers analog information from each of its two fire sensing elements (photoelectric and heat) and converts it into digital signals. The detector’s on-board microprocessor measures and analyzes these signals separately with respect to a third element - Time. We call this technology 3D. It compares the information to historical readings, time patterns, and several known fire characteristics to make an alarm decision. Digital filters remove signal patterns that are not typical of fires. Unwanted alarms are virtually eliminated.

Return Details

Equipment must be returned within (30) days of the date it was shipped, or made ready for pickup. In order to initiate a return, you must contact our sales team via email at [email protected] to receive an RMA # if it meets all criteria. Products returned after (30) days from our shipment date will be refused. After RMA acceptance, any parts that are returned to FireAlarm.com are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee. New parts must be returned with original packaging, in un-opened, and uninstalled condition. If not, these parts may be subject to increased restocking fees or refusal.
