The 20 Zone I/O Card, P/N 10-2659, provides emergency response personnel with 20 toggle switches (ON/ OFF) and associated bi-color LED (red/yellow) that can be configured to initiate basic panel functions or to initiate emergency control functions (i.e. smoke control, emergency voice evacuation, mass notification, zone disable, etc.). Individual switch LEDs (red/yellow) can be programmed to follow its related switch, programmed to follow the activation of a specific device or zone, or programmed to follow a panel event.
The card mounts onto the system enclosure’s dead-front door panel. Slide-in labels allow easy identification of switch functions. Communication between the host control panel and the card is accomplished via the panel’s RS485 peripheral bus. 24 VDC power for the card is provided by the host control panel or booster power supply.
