Multi-Purpose Detector
The MPD is a serviceable explosion proof housing, offered with either catalytic bead or infrared sensors for the measurement of flammable and toxic gases. The assembly is constructed of 316 stainless steel and is supplied in either 3/4” NPT or M25 thread versions with corresponding approvals (See Section 10 – Specifications). The sinter assembly can easily be removed for same sensor replacement.
