The DVC is the heart of an integrated, full-featured Audio Command Center. The DVC Digital Voice Command combines the capabilities of a powerful digital audio processor, an event driven audio message generator, and a router. Designed for use with Digital Audio Loop (DAL) devices such as DAA2, DAX and DAA series digital amplifiers as well as the DS-DB, each DVC supports a dedicated audio network with up to eight channels of audio, five channels of firefighter telephone communications, and control and supervision for up to 32 DAL devices. The DVC has two wire digital audio ports to connect to wire DAL segments. Either or both ports may be converted to multi-mode fiber or single-mode fiber using fiber option modules. Larger audio systems incorporating hundreds of amplifiers can be created by networking additional DVC units via NOTI•FIRE•NET™.

All orders are subject to 1 – 5 days of processing as the units must go through our product verification process at our main Shipping Hub in New York prior to being shipped out to you. Depending on your circumstances, we can expedite this processing time for additional costs, but orders cannot be expedited unless they are currently in stock. Return Details

Equipment must be returned within (30) days of the date it was shipped, or made ready for pickup. In order to initiate a return, you must contact our sales team via email at [email protected] to receive an RMA # if it meets all criteria. Products returned after (30) days from our shipment date will be refused. After RMA acceptance, any parts that are returned to FireAlarm.com are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee. New parts must be returned with original packaging, in un-opened, and uninstalled condition. If not, these parts may be subject to increased restocking fees or refusal. Depending on the circumstances of your order, and if you are a long-time customer of FireAlarm.com, other arrangements can be made.
