Pricing & Lead Times are based on details provided directly by the manufacturer, our network of distributors and based on historical lead times on any given product. This is the most up-to-date information we have currently. All orders are subject to 1 – 5 days of processing as the units must go through our product verification process at our main Shipping Hub in New York prior to being shipped out to you. Depending on your circumstances, we can expedite this processing time for additional costs, but orders cannot be expedited unless they are currently in stock. Return & Cancellation Details

Equipment must be returned within (30) days of the date it was shipped, or made ready for pickup. In order to initiate a return, you must contact our sales team via email at [email protected] to receive an RMA # if it meets all criteria. Products returned after (30) days from our shipment date will be refused. After RMA acceptance, any parts that are returned to FireAlarm.com are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee. New parts must be returned with original packaging, in un-opened, and uninstalled condition. If not, these parts may be subject to increased restocking fees or refusal. Depending on the circumstances of your order, and if you are a long-time customer of FireAlarm.com, other arrangements can be made.
